刘芮，女，理学博士，硕士生导师，毕业于韩国首尔大学。

研究方向或领域：

传统发酵食品及中草药有效成分的结构与功能分析；环状二肽新型合成酶的结晶结构和作用机理的研究；基因工程菌开发及应用。
