刘玉申,女,医学博士,副教授,专业硕士生导师,毕业于吉林大学。

研究方向或领域:

纳米酶合成与催化应用,食品安全快速检测。

《食品微生物学》、《食品微生物学实验》、《现代仪器分析》、《食品试验设计与统计分析》(研)
